From ringside, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Rihanna who sang “American the Beautiful.”
From ringside, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Nelly who performed "Party People" and was joined by Fergie who was lowered onto the entrance stage in front of the LegendsTron on a giant swing as footage from the past several months of action in Legends Championship Wrestling played on the LegendsTron behind them including: the buildup for the People’s Champion vs. People’s Champion match between The Rock and Diamond Dallas Page, Randy Savage taunting Hulk Hogan and beating his friends in an attempt to get Hogan to return to LCW, Manny Fernandez being stabbed by a group of thugs, Tully Blanchard driving away after refusing to take him to the hospital, Fernandez losing the LCW Television Championship after the stabbing, and his rehabilitation and recovery from the stabbing, and the year and a half long feud between Stone Cold Steve Austin and former LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway. Towards the end of the song, the music transitioned to the beginning of Michael Jackson’s “Beat It” as Nelly introduced Fall Out Boy, who were lifted from below the entrance stage onto the stage and performed their version of the song as a special video tribute highlighting the 25 years long on-again, off again feud and friendship between the LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff and the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship Magnum TA played on the LegendsTron. Before the famous guitar solo in “Beat It”, the band fell silent and the arena went dark and the LegendsTron featured news footage and flashed newspaper headlines from the tragic car accident that took away Magnum TA’s chance to be NWA World Champion in 1986 and the second, most recent accident which saw Paul Orndorff running Magnum off the road and into a ditch in an attempt to take away his chance at the LCW Universal Championship. A spotlight fell on the ring where John Mayer joined the rest of the band and performed the famous guitar solo from the ring while footage of Magnum coming back to feud with and beat Orndorff to become the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship. When the guitar solo was over, the arena lights were turned back on and Fall Out Boy finished the song as Mayer finished the song from the ring while more footage of Koloff and Magnum played on the LegendsTron. As the song came to an end, footage of Magnum TA holding the LCW Universal Championship from last week’s LCW Showdown was shown on the LegendsTron.
From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko welcomed everyone to LCW SuperClash and announced that a record 77,675 wrestling fans had filled the Texas Stadium for LCW SuperClash. Schiavone said, “How do you follow all of that, Larry?” Zbyszko said, “You don’t.” Schiavone laughed and said, “And we won’t even try. Let’s not waste any time. We all know why we’re here. And with that let’s go to the ring and ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta.”

Humperdink said, “Missy, Percy and I were talking to Rihanna.” Missy said, “And now I’m talking to her. See how that works, boys?” Pringle said, “Listen, Missy…,” but Humperdink interrupted him and held him back and said, “It’s not worth it, Percy. Rihanna it was nice meeting you. Enjoy the rest of your evening.” Rihanna thanked them and Missy dismissed them saying, “Whatever. Just leave.” After they left, Missy said, “Rihanna, I’m Missy Hyatt, the Walking Riot, the First Lady of Professional Wrestling, but you already knew that. I wanted to ask you if you’d play a special song when Hollywood John Tatum and I make our way to the ring to make quick work of this thing that has been stalking me for the past few weeks. We don’t know if it’s a man or a woman or what, but it’s kind of freaky. I’m sure you’ve had a stalker before. It’s scary, isn’t it? But at least I’ve got Hollywood John Tatum to take care of my stalker tonight. Anyway, I’d love it if you’d perform ‘Don’t Stop The Music’ as we walk to the ring. Can you do that for me, Rihanna, please?” Rihanna said she wasn’t sure because Missy wasn’t very nice to Sir Oliver Humperdink and Percy Pringle, but said, “But, Missy, I’ve got to be honest, that dress you’re wearing is hot, girl, so I’ll tell you what…I’ll think about it, all right?” Missy Hyatt said that was great and she’d see Rihanna out there and she excitedly danced away singing the “Mama say mama sa ma-makossa” sample from “Don’t Stop To The Music” to herself.

After the match, Slick slid into the ring to get away from Dory Funk, Jr. Terry Funk went outside the ring and found his branding iron and lit it on fire as Dory held Slick in position. However, Butch Reed grabbed a steel chair and blasted Dory with it, grabbed Slick, and rolled out of the ring and walked away from ringside as Terry helped his brother to his feet and held the burning branding iron in the air.
In the back, Sean Mooney approached Skandor Akbar who was with Kamala, Kimchee, and Abdullah the Butcher, and asked Akbar for an interview. Mooney called Akbar “Skandor Akbar” and Akbar said, “It’s General Skandor Akbar, you pathetic bit of excrement. As a matter of fact, why don’t you just leave? And why don’t you tell those internet geeks at LegendsChampionshipWrestling.com that it’s General Skandor Akbar as well. It’s always been General Skandor Akbar and it will always be General Skandor Akbar. I’m not just a manager, you monkey, I’m a leader of men.” Mooney seemed confused, so Akbar grabbed the microphone and said, “Get the hell out of here, you’re pathetic.” Akbar grabbed the microphone and signaled for someone else to join them to replace Mooney. Bill Mercer appeared and Akbar handed him the microphone to continue the interview. Akbar said, “What you see before is the beginning of something that will surely dominate Legends Championship Wrestling in a way that it’s never been dominated before. You see, I know you’ve had your Entourages and your Brothahoods, but before you are the building blocks, the foundation of a new kind of army. I said before I was a leader of men and I meant it. I am a leader of soldiers in a new holy war. Already you see that Kamala and Abdullah the Butcher have seen to mending the wounds and battle scars between them to find the light and fight the fight. They are the new warriors in a battle not only with the other legends in LCW, but also with the worthless, pathetic American fans here in Texas and all around the country. Before you are the new holy warriors, before you are the Disciples of Allah and this is only the beginning. Our battle song is being sung and warriors are lining up to join the fight. And when we’re done with our holy war, the landscape of Legends Championship Wrestling will be drenched in the blood of all the infidels who oppose us.” Akbar said something in Arabic and left with Kamala and Abdullah the Butcher.

LCW General Manager Ole Anderson came out said he was going to let another match end in a no contest because the referee couldn’t control the situation. Hogan threw Savage off the ropes and hit him with the big boot and the legdrop before leaving him lying in the center of the ring and posing with Beefcake on the entrance stage.

Mercer wished him luck and said he was sure that everyone in the state of Texas was behind him.
Rihanna came out and performed “Don’t Stop The Music” as Hollywood John Tatum made his way to the ring. In the back, Kevin Von Erich stood with Lady Amazon as she was checked on by a medical official. Amazon thanked Von Erich for saving her from Hollywood John Tatum. Von Erich asked Amazon why she was stalking Missy Hyatt and Amazon said after the second miscarriage a few months ago, she was lost and was looking for a friend and she went “into the deep end” and lost her mind. Von Erich said she would be all right now and that she had a friend in him if she still needed one. Amazon thanked him and wished him luck on his match with LCW Heritage Champion Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin.
Kevin Von Erich defeated LCW Heritage Champion Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin (with Precious) in 7:22 by pinfall when Von Erich forced Garvin to submit to the claw to win the LCW Heritage Championship. During the match, Precious tried to interfere and distract the referee, but Lady Amazon hobbled out to ringside and pulled her off the ring apron and knocked her out with a punch. After the match, Bill Mercer interviewed Kevin Von Erich at ringside and Von Erich said, “This is for my brothers. This is for my father. This is for the wrestling fans in Texas and for the wrestling fans all around the world. This is a great homecoming, man!” Hollywood John Tatum came out and attacked Von Erich from behind while Hyatt attacked Amazon. Tatum and Hyatt left ringside seeming accomplished at what they had just done as Von Erich went to check on Amazon.

Race called Williams a weakened beast and said he was going to have Vader put down the beast and put him out of his misery.
Big Van Vader (with Harley Race) defeated Dr. Death Steve Williams (with Cowboy Bill Watts) in 8:05 by decision in a first blood match when Race blasted Williams with a steel chair, causing him to bleed. After the match, both men continued brawling with each other until security officials came out and pulled them apart.

After the match, the Midnight Express came out and attacked the Skyscrapers until Demolition chased them out of the ring and to the back.
In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Manny Fernandez about his recovery after being stabbed by thugs outside the arena at LCW Uprising last month. Mercer asked if Fernandez weren’t perhaps returning to action too soon. Fernandez said he had been stabbed before, he had even been shot at before. Everyone who had tried to kill him in the past had made the same mistake that Tully Blanchard made: they didn’t finish the job! LCW United States Champion Tully Blanchard appeared and attacked Fernandez from behind to start the street fight match.
Manny Fernandez defeated LCW United States Champion Tully Blanchard (with James J. Dillon) in 13:35 by pinfall in a street fight match to win the LCW United States Championship. Before the match, Manny Fernandez took off his t-shirt and his mid-section was wrapped with tape and bandages, still healing from the stabbing. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “You can see that Manny Fernandez has his mid-section, including his right side where he was stabbed, heavily tapped up. Could he have returned too soon? Can Manny Fernandez make it through this match?” During the match, both men were busted wide open and covered in blood, Blanchard bleeding more than Fernandez. James J. Dillon also interfered in the match, but Fernandez assaulted Dillon and busted him wide open as well. The interference from Dillon gave Blanchard a chance to rebound and he started attacking Fernandez’s right side and Fernandez eventually started bleeding though his bandages where he was stabbed. Towards the end of the match, Fernandez threw Blanchard from the entrance stage onto a table on the floor below, but the table didn’t break. Fernandez looked down at Blanchard as he lay lifeless on the table and then walked several steps back on the entrance stage and then ran off the entrance stage, leaping from the stage and dropping a knee on Blanchard that broke the table in half. Fernandez managed to drape an arm across Blanchard for the pinfall and the win. After the match, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone screamed, “Manny Fernandez sacrificed himself in an attempt to destroy Tully Blanchard and if either of these men is ever the same again I’d be shocked.” Manny Fernandez and Tully Blanchard both had to be removed from ringside on stretchers.
In the back, Magnum TA and Nikita Koloff were shown making their way through the arena corridor and eventually made their way individually to the ring as their entrance themes played. Once they were in the ring, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced both of them. After the match, Koloff went outside the ring and grabbed the title belt from the timekeeper. Koloff got into the ring and shook Magnum’s hand and the two men hugged and Koloff started putting the title around Magnum’s waist, but then blasted Magnum with the title belt, knocking him out. Koloff stood over Magnum for a moment, looked his the title belt, and then dropped it on Magnum’s chest before leaving the ring. Magnum slowly made his way to his feet as Koloff made his way up the entrance ramp. Magnum grabbed his newly won title belt and slowly made his way out of the ring as the crowd cheered and made his way up the entrance ramp after Koloff.
In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Superstar Billy Graham and Madusa Micelli about facing Kevin Sullivan and Luna Vachon tonight. Graham said that Sullivan tried to put him on the shelf two months ago when he had Luna Vachon run him down with his car at the LCW Breaking Point pay-per-view in March. Graham said he was back and better than ever and was going to make Sullivan pay tonight!
Kevin Sullivan and Luna Vachon defeated Superstar Billy Graham and Madusa Micelli in 4:50 by pinfall when Sullvain pinned Graham after the double stomp which seemed to re-injure Graham who had to be helped from ringside by medical officials. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “Well, it seems that like Manny Fernandez, Superstar Billy Graham too may have come back too soon. I know he wanted to get his hands on Kevin Sullivan, but at what cost? Graham is re-injured and…it’s just so unfortunate.”
In the back, Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin was complaining to Precious about losing the LCW Heritage Championship to Kevin Von Erich. Ron Garvin appeared and told Garvin to get over it. Jimmy Garvin slapped Ron Garvin and the two men started to brawl and had to be separated by security officials.
In the back, LCW General Manager Ole Anderson approached referee David Manning and said, “David, tonight, I’m giving you the main event between Austin and Calaway and I’m leaving the decision, whatever it maybe, up to you. You were been a part of some of the most important matches in World Class Championship Wrestling and tonight you’re going to be a part of undoubtedly the most important match in the history of Legends Championship Wrestling. It doesn’t matter if it’s a countout, a disqualification, a submission, a pinfall, or, if need be, your decision, but I want a decision. It’s your main event. You’re the boss. These are two of the biggest egos in Legends Championship Wrestling and I’m leaving the decision up to you because I know, when all is said and done, that you’re the best man to have in that ring to make the decision that needs to be made.” Manning thanked Anderson and the two men shook hands before Manning walked away to make his way to the ring.
Ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Disturbed who performed “Into the Fire,” the official theme for LCW SuperClash 2008 as footage from the year long feud between Stone Cold Steve Austin and LCW Founder, and former Chairman of the Board, Christian Calaway played on the LegendsTron behind them. Disturbed then transitioned into their version of Austin’s entrance theme as Austin made his way to the ring. Capetta introduced Austin as he made his way to the ring. After Disturbed stopped performing, Capetta announced, “And his opponent…” Calaway was shown on the LegendsTron making his way from the locker room and the audience exploded and, from the broadcast booth, Larry Zbyszko said, “Don’t tell me this guy is actually over, Tony?” Schiavone responded, “What can I say? They love him. He’s earned their respect and tonight he wants to earn Austin’s respect. They believe in him. He’s one of them.” As he made his way through the arena corridors, he ran into Kanye West who asked Calaway if he was ready to rock. Calaway looked at West and said, “Let’s rock!” West then started performing his hit single “Stronger” and accompanied Calaway to ringside. As he made his way down the entrance ramp, from the broadcast booth Schiavone said, “Like him not, and many don’t, he has proven himself to be a changed man after being shot by the Iron Sheik several months ago. He almost lost his life, he died twice on the operating table, he said he saw death and it changed his life. One of the bullets is still resting dangerously close to his heart, but tonight, he’s determined to prove himself to Austin. He said earlier that he might not beat Austin, but he would earn his respect by the end of the night.” As Calaway made his way into the ring, Schaivone said, “Calaway hasn’t taken his off of Austin since coming through the curtain. Austin’s eyes have been locked on Calaway, but it seems that both of them, for the first time in as long as I can remember, both of their eyes aren’t filled with hated, but determination. Austin is determined to make Calaway earn his position, he’s determined that if Calaway is going to be Chairman of the Board again, he’s going to make him earn it and Calaway is determined to earn Austin’s respect." After Calaway got in the ring, the locker room started emptying out as the legends in the back came out and filled the entrance way and surrounded the ring. From the broadcast booth, Schiavone said, “This is why this match is the main event tonight. Everyone wants to know what’s going to happen when these two go at it and settle this thing once and for all. Calaway said he wasn’t a wrestler. He said he was an entertainer, he was a performer and he was going to put on the performance of his life tonight and these legends have come out to see that performance.” As the song came to end, Kanye West took his seat at ringside and because West had to perform an extended version of the song, Larry Zbyszko comically asked from the broadcast booth, “How long is that song, anyway?” Capetta introduced Austin and Calaway again and then announced that if Calaway won he would once again be the Chairman of the Board and the audience cheered wildly. Referee David Manning called for the bell to start the match.
Christian Calaway defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin in 14:25 by decision to again become the Chairman of the Board. During the early part of the match, Austin maintained much of the upper hand and had the advantage over Calaway, but Calaway wouldn’t quit and kicked out of several early pin attempts. Austin kept telling Calaway to get up after Austin would knock him down and at one point Austin yelled at Calaway, “You want my respect, son, give me more damn it!” Moments later, Austin threw Calaway into the corner and “stomped a mudhole” in Calaway. Several heels jumped into the ring in and attempted to attack Austin, but Austin threw them out of the ring or hit them with the Stone Cold Stunner and they rolled out of the ring. During the melee, the referee was knocked out and Austin went back to Calaway who was still in the corner and spitting up blood. From the broadcast booth, Schiavone said, “Oh, man. This doesn’t look good for Calaway. Could that bleeding be caused by the bullet that’s by his heart? Austin was just kicked at his chest just moments ago and now Calaway’s spitting up blood. Calaway could have some serious internal bleeding if it is that bullet.” Austin looked on in shock as Calaway, cheered on by the fans, slowly picked himself up from the corner and made his way to his feet, raised his hands and said to Austin, “Come on!” Referee David Manning looked at Calaway and called for the bell and said that the match would be called on account of Calaway’s serious bleeding. Calaway grabbed Manning who tried to tell Calaway his life was in danger and Calaway hit Manning with the Stone Cold Stunner and the audience exploded! Calaway got back to his feet, raised his hands again and told Austin, “Come on, you son of a bitch!” Calaway and Austin exchanged blows as Schiavone said from the broadcast booth, “We need a referee. All of this is for not if you don’t have a referee. Calaway’s risking his life for nothing if there’s no referee.” Schiavone then noted that there was a disturbance backstage and someone could be seen pushing his way past the camera man as a production crew member shouted, “You can’t go out there.” Nikita Koloff made his way through the curtain and down the entrance ramp as the audience exploded with a chorus of boos. Koloff blasted Austin with the Russian Sickle clothesline and then looked at Calaway who was trying to make his way back to his feet after his last brawl with Austin. Koloff looked at Calaway and helped his former mentor to his feet before leveling him with a savage Russian Sickle clothesline. Austin grabbed Koloff and the two brawled out of the ring and into the entrance way and to the back. Referee David Manning regained consciousness and saw that Calaway was unconscious and Austin wasn’t in the ring. Manning called for the bell and Gary Michael Capetta announced, “Ladies and gentleman, the winner of the match by referee’s decision…and once again Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway!” Manning called for medics who came and checked on the fallen Calaway. One of the medics yelled, “We need an ambulance.” Meanwhile, in the back, Austin and Koloff were still brawling toward the parking lot. As they brawled toward the ambulance, someone yelled to the ambulance driver, “We need an ambulance at ringside.” Austin threw Koloff into the side of the ambulance and told the ambulance driver, “I’ve got this, son.” Austin got in the ambulance and drove it through the back and into the arena and beside the entrance stage. Austin got on the roof of the ambulance and signaled to the medical officials in the ring to bring Calaway to the ambulance. They loaded Calaway onto a stretcher and rushed him to the ambulance. Austin got off the ambulance roof and told a medical official he would drive and said, “I just need you to tell me how to get there.” Calaway was loaded into the ambulance as Austin got in the driver’s seat and the ambulance drove away with sirens blaring as the audience cheered as the show went off the air.
