Board of Directors members are members of the board until they pass away, resign, or are voted out with a majority vote. Decisions made by the Board of Directors must carry a majority vote. If a tie breaker is needed, the Chairman of the Board's vote will be the deciding vote.

The General Manager takes care of all in ring matters and makes immediate decisions on television and pay-per-view shows. If the General Manager steps outside of his bounds or abuses his power, the Chairman of the Board will step in and make decisions, including the decision to release the General Manager of his position and duties, until the Board of Directors can meet and make a decision regarding a new General Manager.

Note: On August 24, 2005, the Board of Directors ordered that LegendsChampionshipWrestling.com would not use deceased legends in storylines out of respect for the legacy and memory of these legends. Below are a list of legends that we will never forget and who would have been a part of Legends Championship Wrestling.

A year later, the Board of Directors announced that World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) contracted wrestlers (not including road agents/producers) would not be involved in LCW storylines so as not to conflict with WWE and TNA storylines and to feature legends who aren't on WWE and TNA more often. Several months later, it was announced that road agents/producers for WWE or TNA would also not be featured in LCW storylines.
